Lebovic has built in Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Scarborough, Stouffville, Aurora, and Nobleton. The Canadian Cancer Society, Centenary Hospital, Mt. Sinai Hospital and York University have all benefited from the generosity of the Levovics, whose donations have exceeded millions of dollars. The late Harry Lebovic, father of Joe and Willy, founded the company. Joe and Willy regularly donate 20% of their entire annual earnings to charity. Lebovic has been a member of the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association since 1969. Joe Lebovic has also served as national president of the Urban Development Institute as well as two terms as president of the Ontario UDI.
